Welcome to Axiora Academy. By accessing our website, enrolling in our courses, or using our learning management systems, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These terms are designed to protect the integrity of our elite learning community and ensure the highest standards of professional conduct.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for a course at Axiora Academy, you verify that you are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent) and that you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Your enrollment constitutes a binding agreement to adhere to the Axiora "Competency Standards."

2. Educational Services & Delivery

Axiora Academy provides industry-led educational programs. We reserve the right to modify the curriculum to keep pace with the 2026 tech landscape, substitute mentors from Axiora Labs, or alter schedules to maintain the highest quality of instruction. Access to materials is granted for the duration of the cohort plus any "Extended Access" period specified at checkout.

3. Payments & Refund Policy

• Fees: All course fees must be settled via our approved payment gateways (PayHere/Direct Pay) or via verified installment plans.
• Refunds: We operate a 7-day "Commitment Window" from the first live session. If you find the rigor is not a fit, a refund (minus processing fees) can be requested. Beyond 7 days, no refunds are issued as seats are limited and allocated based on high demand.
• Installments: Missing an installment deadline will result in an automated "System Lock," suspending access to the LMS and live mentorship until the balance is cleared.

4. Project Ownership & The "Hall of Fame"

As a student, you retain ownership of the code and logic you create. However, by enrolling, you grant Axiora Academy a non-exclusive, perpetual license to:

• Showcase: Display your Final Milestone Projects on our main website and marketing materials as "Proof of Competency."
• Attribution: Link your professional portfolio to our "Hall of Fame" to verify your status as an Axiora-certified professional to potential employers.

5. The "Job Placement" Guarantee

Our "100% Internship/Job Guarantee" is reserved for high-achievers. To remain eligible for the guarantee, students must:

• Pass Competency: Score 80% or higher in the final "Axiora Tech Assessment."
• Zero-Hero Portfolio: Complete and deploy all 3 cloud applications (for Developers) or 3 automated engines (for AI Operators).
• Attendance: Maintain a minimum 85% attendance rate.

6. Intellectual Property Protection

The "Axiora Backend Framework," our custom prompt libraries, and proprietary scripts are high-value assets of Axiora Labs. You may not record sessions, distribute course files, or resell curriculum content. We take intellectual property theft seriously and will pursue legal action in accordance with Sri Lankan law.

7. Code of Conduct

Axiora Academy is a professional network. Any form of harassment, hate speech, or sharing of non-educational content in our community channels (Discord/WhatsApp) will result in immediate expulsion without refund.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Colombo.
